Our pre-ordered ŌSHAN sushi boxes and platters are timed and prepared immediately prior to your agreed pick-up. Limited orders are taken daily and pre-order is required. Orders via email or phone.
SUSHI BOX MENU
Chef Peterson’s sushi boxes and platters are both elaborate and unique, with a surprising, mouth watering, sensory experience in every box.
Each box or platter will include a delicious, premium selection of fish, including Ōra King salmon, Hiramasa kingfish, Bluefin tuna, tuna toro, Hokkaido scallop, Paradise prawn, and ikura. Your sushi box may also include other white fish depending on availability.
